SportsFlow bills per team — cancel monthly, or as a season pass (12 months from purchase, two months free). Not per person, not per club.

Upgrade
- Settings → Subscription
- Pick a billing cycle (season pass or monthly), pick a plan → Continue to Stripe
- Pay (credit card, SEPA direct debit, PayPal)
- A short wait — the plan is active
Term
The term starts on the day of purchase — no fixed date, no pro-rated invoice.
- Monthly: renews every month, cancellable anytime for the end of the month.
- Season pass: 12 months at a stretch, then renews for another 12 months. Compared to 12× monthly, you save two months.
You can switch from the monthly subscription to the season pass anytime under Settings → Subscription (the Switch to season pass button); the remaining value of the current month is credited. Team → Pro also works anytime.
Launch offer
Every team created by 31 Dec 2026 gets the Team plan free until 30 Jun 2027 — automatically, no code, no payment details. Existing teams too.
- Under Settings → Subscription you'll see "Launch offer · Team free until …".
- After that you get 30% off the season pass, for good. Around 60 days before it ends, a note on the dashboard reminds you.
- If you do nothing, the team continues on Starter afterwards. Tracked matches stay.
Bring a team along
Recommend SportsFlow to another team: under Settings → Subscription (and on the dashboard) you'll find the Bring a team along card with your link — Copy link and send it.
As soon as the referred team tracks its first match, your team gets 2 months of the Team plan on top. Per referred team, no cap. The months are added to the end of your current launch offer or subscription.
Discount codes
Other promotions run through discount codes at checkout. They apply to the season pass.
Cancelling
Cancelling means the plan keeps running until the end of the paid term, then Starter. Tracked matches stay.
Cancel under Settings → Subscription or in the Stripe customer portal (Invoices & payment).
Who pays?
Only coaches / staff. Players see the plan but can't upgrade.

No hard match limit — only analysis is tiered. Every locked spot shows a clear message plus a link to upgrade.
