SportsFlow Kader

Who's allowed to play where this weekend? The traffic light for all of a club's teams — a separate app at kader.sportsflow.de.

SportsFlow Kader is a separate, small app for clubs with several teams. It answers the question that comes up every weekend: Is this player allowed to play in this match? — locking to higher teams, playing rights, youth players in adult teams, the 50-hour rule, age groups.

Not SportsFlow — a tool of its own

Kader has its own account and its own price and doesn't need a SportsFlow account. SportsFlow is for coaches and match analysis; Kader is for everyone who lines up several teams: youth coordinators, department heads, coaching staff. Address: kader.sportsflow.de.

How it works

  1. Find your club — on Handball4All, handball.net or nuLiga. Link joint teams (SG/JSG) as well.
  2. Choose teams — fixtures and match reports come in automatically and are refreshed every night. Kader fetches the 3rd league and youth Bundesliga from handball.net; the 1st and 2nd Bundesliga aren't supported.
  3. Check the leagues — under Teams you see the ranking (e.g. Men 1 › Men 2 › Men 3). It decides who gets locked where.
  4. Enter birth years — public match reports don't contain them. With Enter birth years you type them player by player (08 + Enter → 2008). Where the exact birthday matters (turns 17, U21/U23), the month is usually enough.
  5. Plan — the Planner shows all of the week's matches. Copy from last match or Choose players — every row shows the traffic light.

The traffic light

ColourMeaning
Greeneligible
Yellowcheck or unclear — e.g. birth year estimated, consent missing, line-up unknown
Rednot eligible — with the reason, e.g. "locked to Men 1, free from 21 Nov"

Tap the (i) to see the reasoning with rule, paragraph, version of the regulations and a link to the source.

Which rules apply

The regulations of whoever runs the league always apply — so it can differ per team:

Leaguechecked against
3rd league, youth BundesligaDHB regulations
Regionalliga down to LandesligaDHB + regional association
District leaguesDHB + regional association + district

The Baden-Württemberg and Bavarian handball associations, including their districts, are verified. For other associations Kader uses the DHB regulations and says so clearly — use Request verification to tell us you need yours. All rules in plain words: kader.sportsflow.de/regeln.

A helper, without guarantee

Kader helps you assess eligibility. The decision is the club's — the regulations and the registration office are what count.

Good to know

  • 3rd league and youth Bundesliga: handball.net shows line-ups there without names. Until you add the appearances on the team page, teams below them show "check".
  • Players from deactivated teams are hidden; their appearances still count for the rules.
  • Out-of-competition (a.K.) teams are detected from the "(a.K.)" suffix in the fixtures.
  • Found a mistake? In the traffic-light detail, use Assessment wrong? Report it — player, match and reasoning are sent along.

Price

Once per club and season, no subscription: up to 4 teams €99, up to 10 teams €199, unlimited €349. 14-day money-back right in the app. The demo with your club's real data works without signing up: kader.sportsflow.de/demo.
